I used this storage for just under 4 years during Covid. The facility was clean and so easy to transport my belongings with the trolleys and lifts, trailer, and access up until evening for those late night trips. I was so pleased my nice furniture did not go moldy and not even much dust after years! It was such a blessing to know it was in good care during the Brisbane floods and my overseas trips, and safe and secure. An on site camera gave me peace of mind. The staff were so friendly and helpful and I highly recommend!

These guys were great. I only rented storage for short time in between moving house and even though I went over couple days into the next month they waived that fee for me. EXCELLENT service. I can't rate Fort Knox at Morningside highly enough. The lovely Trudy was super helpful, friendly and always up for a chat. The premises are spotless, easy to access and there was always a trolley to help with loading and unloading. The best thing was the price - SOOOO much cheaper than other storage facilities in the area. Highly recommended.

First of all let me say that Trudy is a superstar at Loxon Morningside QLD....when my removalists turned up in the wrong truck from interstate I was face with a dilemma, Trudy immediately arranged short term storage so I could arrange alternative transportation for my goods. Customer service was impeccable and she even gave us an icypole on a hot stressful day.....then my 2nd removalists delayed and couldn't come until Saturday so she organised everything with Jay who works on weekends...he let me use the bathroom and make a coffee as my movers were late again.....these 2 are outstanding examples of what customer service looks like.....thank you so much and will definitely recommend you to everyone.Trudy especially your attention to detail and excellent organisation skills are to be commended!!

Nothing less than 5 stars for Loxon Storage. The facility is impeccably clean and well lit, night or day. Everything just works so you have no hassles. The lift, the trolleys, the doors, the security. So easy. I have been renting a storage unit since FEB2020 and selected this company because of Trudy's exceptional customer service and efficiency. Trudy made the process easy and continues to keep me updated on any changes. Trudy is always courteous and I trust that my belongings are well taken care of at this storage facility. I would definately recommend if you are looking for a storage facility with exceptional customer service then contact Trudy. The facilities are excellent, the location is easily accessible with great after hours security. Plus there's a new Macca's and fuel station about 100mtrs up the road so always good to stop for fuel and bite to eat after visiting the storage shed. My unit is on ground level but they have a great lift, trolleys etc. the facilities are well maintained and under security cameras. Thanks Trudy!
