Leon was beyond amazing at helping and showing me through the process of getting a storage unit. Even helping to work out a down sized unit with once I had gotten rid of a few things. Super considerate understanding and thorough in explaining any and everything you need to know. Always waving when you come in. We kept a large part of our furniture here while working overseas. After 20+ years, apart from being a bit dusty, we had no problems at all: no unwanted visitors or other pests. Even all of the electrical stuff worked first time.Also, when visiting from overseas, the location is an easy walk from Coorparoo station; we didn't even have to hire a car to go and check that everything was OK over the years.I can really recommend this storage and will certainly use it again if the need arises.

Usually, storage is just a boring ole shed in a dull ole building. Leon at Fort Knox (coorparoo) turns that preconception on its head. Leon provides individual, attentive service. He takes the time to discuss your needs, suggest options, and offer recommendations. He then follows up (shocking, but true) and sorts your storage - no drama, no hard sell - just exceptional service. The facility itself is clean, perfectly maintained, well equipped with lifts & trolleys. I never thought I’d be leaving a glowing review for a storage facility, but here we are.If you need storage, I highly recommend Coorparoo Fort Knox.

I was right to choose Fortknox Storage. It’s facilities including space and accessibility and price were top notch. Most importantly it’s the person at the desk -Leon - the property manager is awesome! Customer service was exceptional from start to finish. It was my first time to use a storage facility in all my life, yet Leon’s support and patient understanding reassured me that all my stuff will be safe. He speaks very professionally in all his dealings whether on phone or in personal. To you Leon — kudos! You are a great representation to the team and a great asset to the company. I’ve rented storage with Loxon 3 times now and each time was so easy and made moving house so easy. Staff are incredible, friendly, always up for a chat and will go out of those way to help. Great access and easy for large trucks also. It’s good there are 2 lifts so you don’t often get help up waiting. They have a great range of different unit sizes which is great. Over all I would highly recommend!!! Thank Leon for all the chats and help every time. Always a pleasure.

Without a doubt deciding to temporarily store things at Loxon was the best decision I made during my recent house move. Location was a big plus. But the staff and facility were top notch and I will recommend them to anyone who requires storage space.The facility was never super busy and so there was never a need to wait in line for the lift or a trolley or a place to park inside.

The Coorparoo facility is an outstanding storage facility offering lots of options. Best of all was the excellent customer service from the on-site manager Leon. Always very helpful with any queries from start to finish of my storage requirements. Have used this facility twice for extended periods over the last few years and have never been disappointed with the service.

We had a unit for a couple of years to store furniture and things as the kids moved out, in, then out again. Leon at Loxon was really easy to deal with, the processes were professional and efficient, no fuss and simple. Access was always ok. The unit and the block were clean, well maintained and I always felt that my possessions were secure.

Loxon Storage Coorparoo were fantastic. They were considerably cheaper than other storage options, I got more space, very clearn, good security and access was easy .I felt confident my goods were safe. The staff were always helpful and really nice. In this day and age when customer service sucks most places, these guys were a pleasure to deal with.

We were extremely happy with the Loxon storage facility at Caboolture, The unit was dry and clean. The manager Greg was very helpful on multiple occasions as we were some 7 hours away and he insured our possessions were secured safely with the unpacking from the removalist . Tony Kable

Staff were great. Nothing was too much trouble even though almost all transactions were by telephone and email. They even recommended a good agent to dispose of the unwanted material when we closed down the rental. We could not speak highly enough of Greg and Camilla and their thoughtfulness.

Good service and accessible site. As far as storage sheds go Loxon had clean dry sheds, accessible from 5am to 7pm at night 7 days a week. They had plenty of trolleys to move boxes around and access to a caged trailer if needed.

With our time at Loxon Storage, we found the staff very friendly and helpful. The shed units are very clean and tidy. They are all in a secure behind a key pad gate. Once you put put your own lock on the shed, only you can access it. Easy to sign up and easy to leave, just need to give 7 days or more notice to leave in writing, If we need to used storage unit again we will go back to Loxon Storage.

I would like to commend Salem, Facility Manager of the Ipswich site, for her professionalism and pleasant demeanor throughout my dealings with the facility over the past three years. I always felt confident that my personal effects and business stock were safe and secure. I would gladly recommend Fort Knox as a worthwhile option for storage.

We were in a real predicament with a property not being ready to occupy so had to store furniture for a short period. Salem was excellent, nothing was too much trouble and she arranged us a storage unit that suited our needs at short notice. The Unit was clean and tidy as was the whole complex and the whole experience was excellent at a very stressful time. Thank you.

I have had the.need for storage several times.in the.last.5 years. SALEM the manager at Briggs Road.in.Ipswich.is.always very.helpful. I have.found.the service to.be.excellent the storage.units.are.always lovely.and.clean. I.particularly like the .trolleys.available.in the.lifts. a trailer is available to help you move in or out... good job.. Loxon.

We have moved A LOT and have had the fortunate experience of dealing with Fort Knox in a few different places. Once again, Ipswich showed the same great customer service and quality facility as their other outlets. This goes to show that there is great training as well as a consistent approach to providing an excellent service to customers company wide. The facility itself is always clean, easy to use and a breeze to get in and out of. Exactly what you need from a Storage facility. For the best part of three years my 'stuff' was Safe, Secure, clean and no weather infiltration. Salem is very responsive and always on time and informative, even with a remote exit. I highly recommend Loxon Storage Ipswich, and Salem to look after your belongings
