Kerri and the others in the office are enthusiastic warm and professional also easy to communicate with...my experience with loxon is positive...the monthy fee for storage was reasonable ...I stored my furniture for 6 months ...had it moved this week...all my items were in good condition after storage of 6 months...loxon caloundra has a security system and on-site caretaker...I felt absolutely safe having my items stored ....the premises are clean and appealing from the street..so much effort has gone into the design of the storage sheds..I'd like to say thank you to everyone at loxon caloundra...

Absolutely brilliant experience when needing somewhere to store our ute for 2 1/2 weeks. Kerry on the front desk was friendly and efficient when taking our booking and checking us in - it was delightful to see good old-fashioned service 😀. We will definitely use Loxon again if/when the need arises.

I have Just moved out of my 2 units at Loxon and I would 100% recommend using them, I have used other storage places in the past but this will be my go to in the feature. Kerry and her team were great to work with and they went out of there way to accommodate me.Kerry made sure I would be able to get a 20 ft container on the ground and unloaded using a forklift, Something no other facility on the Sunshine coast could do!They also have a forklift on site that can fit inside the units to help you load and unload, Super handy in my situation!Thanks a lot for all your help, and I look forward to working with you guys again in the future.

Ive been with Loxon in Caloundra for several months now and they've always done everything they can to help me. Through my struggles of employment due to covid, Kerry at Loxon would help me find the best way to move forward with any overdue payments.All the staff are incredibly friendly and have never left me without a smile on my face.I've been renting two storage units from Loxon and they've suited me perfectly so far and with their massive range of different sized units I know that if I ever need anything bigger or smaller I can always just move storage containers without a fussWithout a doubt the best option in storage facilities on the Sunshine Coast and I would highly recommend them.

Loxon staff were so helpful. I originally thought I was moving to QLD but ended up staying in northern NSW. So I never got to spend much time on site at Loxon but did a lot of coordinating with the team remotely. They were professional and friendly and I felt like my belongings were safe and cared for.

Absolutely awesome. They couldn’t do enough to accommodate us. We arrived at our unit only to find that our boat wouldn’t fit due to the incline of the drive way. After I contacted Loxon they were very accommodating and stored our boat with easy 24 hours access. Highly recommend

Great service, friendly and helpful staff. Good clean lockups very easily accessible and secure plus central position. Trolleys available to move things around and one off use of a trailer if needed. Everything you could want and more. Highly recommended and will definitely use again if needed

Fantastic service from set up to finalising account. Safe, secure and easy to access at any time of the day. The staff are so lovely and efficient. Great business to deal with. I highly recommend and if I ever need storage again I will definitely be going back to Loxon Caloundra.

Excellent Customer service from lovely, friendly people who were so helpful and willing to please. Courtesy trailer was fantastic for move-in! The facility is so clean and tidy, safe and secure. I feel strongly that my stored items are in good hands. Would definitely recommend Loxon Caloundra.

Absolutely awesome. They couldn’t do enough to accommodate us. We arrived at our unit only to find that our boat wouldn’t fit due to the incline of the drive way. After I contacted Loxon they were very accommodating and stored our boat with easy 24 hours access. Highly recommend

These guys are so amazing, couldn't ask for a better service. Friendly and helpful. Took great care of my furniture. Very accommodating. Would definitely recommend and use them again. Thank you Kerry and team, if I could give more stars I would! Best storage on the coast.

Great service, friendly and helpful staff. Good clean lockups very easily accessible and secure plus central position. Trolleys available to move things around and one off use of a trailer if needed. Everything you could want and more. Highly recommended and will definitely use again if needed
