The facilities and staff at Loxon Storage at Underwood are great and I would highly recommend them! I rented a 6m x 3m shed for about 6 months and it was totally hassle-free. The storage sheds are clean, waterproof and vermin proof, and easy to access and great value! The manager, Glenn, was super helpful and lovely to deal with. 10 out of 10 from me! Thank you!

I have been renting a storage unit from this location for nearly 4 years & have never had a bad experience. The previous manager (Roy) was an absolute gem & the current manager (Glenn) is the perfect replacement. Glenn is very friendly & helpful, he provides swift communication & problem solving & always tries to do the best he can with whatever inquiry or concern that you may have. The entire facility is clean, well-secured & well-lit at night. I've often seen staff with leaf blowers keeping everything tidy & making sure each unit has a lock attached. Not once in all the years have I had a worrisome thought that I need to check on my unit to make sure everything is alright. I couldn't be more confident knowing that my belongings are safe. I will be sad to eventually leave this facility!

Would absolutely recommend Fort Knox at Underwood! Glenn was always very friendly and helpful, and both move in and move out process were as simple as possible right from reserving a unit to be available when I needed it to having unused days refunded upon exit. Facilities were always kept clean and well maintained and access hours were more than sufficient for what I needed. Will definitely use again in the future if needed.

Had a unit for the last 3 years and Glenn was so very helpful with anything we needed whether it was packing materials or even a chat 😀. Reasonably priced for the 3x3 we were originally quoted to fit enough furniture to furnish a 3 bedroom house. Then recently downsized as we are moving interstate. Thank you for your service and would recommend this business to anyone. Great that your gate has automatic exit too we were so used to using the pin to exit.

From my first contact with Loxon Underwood I felt confident that they were going to be professional and easy to do business with.The process to obtain a storage unit was quick and efficient. I was very happy with Loxon storage. They went out of their way to be helpful. Their service was very friendly and efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending them. I emptied my unit a few days after I had renewed for the month and they cheerfully and immediately refunded the unused portion of the rental. Great experience.

Selling house and moving is complicated and stressful. I was so pleased to meet Janet at Fort Knox who helped us juggle paperwork and combining lockers with a sense of calm we didnt have in the moment. Of course a change in plans mid move meant fixing contracts, lockers and movers - which all had to be done over the phone. No problem. We are moving everything to a container and shipping soon - thankfully I know Janet is there to take the calls. haha
