Peter- What an absolutely lovely man!! After a dear friend of mine had a horrendous week (which is what led to her placing things in storage), we were greeted by Peter at reception. He went above and beyond to assist us and help us navigate our situation. The compassion he showed was very moving. It’s nice to know there are still some lovely, genuine, considerate people in the world. And as for the storage facility itself it was perfect, exactlywhat we needed and very secure. I can't recommend Peter and the facility highly enough. We recently downsized from a 6x3 to a 1.5x3 shed and moving from one shed to another was painless. I haven't even met Peter because signing up for the 6x3 and downsizing to the 1.5x3 was completed from my desk within minutes and I've only visited the facility after work. Excellent service.

Peter- What an absolutely lovely man!! After a dear friend of mine had a horrendous week (which is what led to her placing things in storage), we were greeted by Peter at reception. He went above and beyond to assist us and help us navigate our situation. The compassion he showed was very moving. It’s nice to know there are still some lovely, genuine, considerate people in the world. And as for the storage facility itself it was perfect, exactlywhat we needed and very secure. By far the best storage business I have dealt with. I've used several others and despite living on the opposite side of the gold coast I still continue to rent through Pete because its EASY! great customer service - nothing is ever a drama and he always goes that extra mile. Peter is an absolute legend. He helped me over a 3 month period which involved moving lockers multiple times (I had too much stuff, as well as a car in the end). Nothing was too hard, would recommend to anyone. You won’t have an issue here. Safe, secure and easy. Will be back in the future. 10/10

For safety reasons, hazardous materials like gas bottles, petrol or any containers containing poisonous or hazardous materials cannot be stored at our facilities. We also will not permit the storage of food or living things (animals, plants etc) or tyres by themselves.
How much notice do I have to give when moving out of Burleigh Heads?
Loxon Burleigh Heads requires at least 7 days’ notice before you move out. Where possible, it is best to let staff know as soon as possible that you intend to move out, particularly if it is earlier than originally planned. If you have to move out urgently, get in touch with your Loxon Burleigh Heads site manager to organise this. We happily refund for all days not used as long as the required notice is given (after the first month).
What is the minimum storage period at Burleigh Heads?
Loxon Burleigh Heads has no minimum storage period. We understand everyone has different reasons and needs for using storage units, which is why we do not enforce a minimum storage period. No matter why you need a storage unit, rest assured Loxon Burleigh Heads has the storage solution you need.
Do I need to pay deposits?
At Loxon Burleigh Heads we do charge a deposit on our storage units. We only charge rent for your time using our facility, however we do offer competitive pricing deals with customers who prepay for their units in 3-, 6- or 12-month increments. We will refund rent after the first month for any unused days when you decide to leave.
How can I get my things into the storage unit at Burleigh Heads?
At Loxon Burleigh Heads we want your move in process as easy as possible. To help make that happen, we have onsite managers to provide personalised care, a courtesy move in trailer (though we recommend checking its availability with the Burleigh Heads team prior to your move in), and driveway units so you can easily unload from your vehicle into your unit.
