I have had alot of storage units over the years throughout various moves, and I have to say that my experience with Loxon Storage Southport has hands down been the best by far. After navigating my way through a nasty separation and fearing for the security of my belongings, I found great comfort in having control of the locking of the storage unit on an app on my phone. I can check the app at anytime to ensure that it is locked and secure.. and even access an activity log for my unit +which takes a picture of who has opened your unit. In a time when my affairs are in now way sorted.. Janet and the team have been patient and reasonable with sorting out my failed payments, changing email and ultimately letting me transfer into a bigger unit with no notice and letting me just pay the difference. the biggest thing I have found is just how many chances U get to fix up a missed payment before a late fee is charged.The units are clean and dry.. and there are always plenty of trolleys to go round.5 ⭐

New build and there were plenty of storage lockers to choose from. Your storage has its own security camera inside and is electronically locked..you can unlock remotely if you need.About $195for 2x3Janet, the manager, was so helpful and friendly.

Had my items stored here for around 2 1/2 years, Janet was a pleasure to deal with, very polite and nothing seemed too difficult, she was very approachable and always willing to answer questions/queries and help when needed. Janette at reception/ office, was amazing, really nice and polite. Great service. Bit of a discount paying up front.The storage itself is nice and clean. No locks needed, all done by an app, really cool I thought. App is so user friendly.Has camera in the shed itself also. Alerts you if someone is breaking in. You can even link to a friend to access.So top points 10/10. Great technology with the app. Really impressed me!

The staff is very helpful. Janet is very conscious of the needs of the customers. And she was particularly patient with me as she worked some extra hours for us to finish unloading and make sure we have everything we need. The location is convenient. The facilities are kept tidy and in order. The security is well structured. They have a froklift to use. The storage is good value for the money. I recommend and for sure will be back.

I needed a place quickly to store some belonings. I was lucky enough to find a storage shed at Loxon. The gentleman that looked after me was super professional and understood my pradicament. The security and systems in place are great as my shed in Molendinar was broken into and needed better security. I vaccated as I found a place to live and the lady that helped me exit was extremely professional also. I highly recommened Fort Know at Hind Street as they are very good.
