Janette at reception/ office, was amazing, really nice and polite. Great service. Bit of a discount paying up front.The storage itself is nice and clean. No locks needed, all done by an app, really cool I thought. App is so user friendly.Has camera in the shed itself also. Alerts you if someone is breaking in. You can even link to a friend to access.So top points 10/10. Great technology with the app. Really impressed me!

The security and systems in place are great as my shed in Molendinar was broken into and needed better security. I vaccated as I found a place to live and the lady that helped me exit was extremely professional also. I highly recommened Fort Know at Hind Street as they are very good.

No locks needed, all done by an app, really cool I thought. App is so user friendly.Has camera in the shed itself also. Alerts you if someone is breaking in. I needed a place quickly to store some belonings. I was lucky enough to find a storage shed at Loxon. The gentleman that looked after me was super professional and understood my pradicament. The security and systems in place are great as my shed in Molendinar was broken into and needed better security. I vaccated as I found a place to live and the lady that helped me exit was extremely professional also. I highly recommened Fort Know at Hind Street as they are very good.

We only charge rent for your time using our facility, however we do offer competitive pricing deals with customers who pay for their units in advance of 3-, 6- or 12-month increments. We will refund rent after the first month for any unused days when you decide to leave.
How can I get my things into the storage unit at Southport?
At Loxon Southport we want to help make your move in process as stress free as possible. We have driveway units so you can easily back your vehicle up to the unit to unload items, a complimentary trailer for your first move in (although we recommend confirming its availability with the Southport team prior to your move in), and onsite managers to provide personalised care.
How much notice do I have to give when moving out of Southport?
At least 7 days’ notice is required by Loxon Southport before you move out of your unit. If you can, it is preferred you let staff know as early as possible that you will be moving out, particularly if it is sooner than originally planned.
