At Loxon Labrador we do not request a deposit for the use of our storage units. We only charge rent for your time using our facility (and refund rent after the first month for any unused days when you choose to leave), however we do offer competitive pricing deals with customers who pay for their units in advance of 3, 6 or 12 months.
How can I get my things into the storage unit at Labrador?
At Loxon Labrador we want your move in process to be as easy as possible. We have driveway units so you can easily back your vehicle up to your unit unload, provide a free trailer on your first move in (though we suggest confirming its availability with the team prior to your move in), and have onsite managers to provide personalised care.
How much notice do I have to give when moving out of Labrador?
Loxon Labrador requires at least 7 days’ notice before you move out. Generally, it is best to let staff know as soon as possible that you intend to move out, particularly if it is sooner than originally planned. If for some reason you find you need to move out urgently, contact your Loxon Labrador site manager to organise this.
