We only charge rent for the time you use our facility, however we do offer competitive pricing deals for customers who choose to prepay for their units 3, 6 or 12 months in advance. We have onsite managers to provide personalised care, a complimentary move in trailer (though we recommend confirming its availability with the team for your move in day) and driveway units so you can easily reverse your vehicle up to the unit and unload your possessions.

The team at Loxon Gladstone will require at least 7 days’ notice before you move out of your storage unit. It is best that you let staff know as early as possible when you intend to move out, particularly if it is earlier than originally planned.
