For safety reasons, hazardous materials like petrol, gas bottles or any containers containing poisonous or hazardous materials are not permitted to be stored at our facilities. We also do not allow the storage of food or living things (animals, plants etc) or stacked tyres.

How much notice do I have to give when moving out of Loxon Storage Coorparoo?

Loxon Coorparoo requires at least 7 days' notice before you move out. If possible, it is best to let staff know as early as possible that you intend to move out, particularly if it is earlier than originally planned. If you have a need to move out urgently, contact your Loxon Coorparoo site manager to organise this.

Loxon Coorparoo has no minimum storage period. We understand everyone has different needs and reasons for using storage units, which is why we do not enforce a minimum storage period. No matter why you may need a storage unit, rest assured Loxon Coorparoo has the storage solution you need. We will refund any rent for unused days when you decide to leave.

Do I need to pay deposits?

At Loxon Coorparoo we do not ask you to pay a deposit on our storage units. We only charge rent for your time using our facility, however we do offer competitive pricing deals with customers who prepay for their units in 3, 6 or 12-month increments.

How can I get my things into the storage unit at Loxon Storage Coorparoo?

At Loxon Coorparoo we want your move in process as easy as possible. To help make that happen, we have a courtesy move in trailer (we recommend checking its availability with the Coorparoo team prior to your move in), driveway units so you can easily unload from your vehicle into your unit and onsite managers to provide personalised care.
