Most of our dealings was with the previous owners and then Loxon Took over, they were always helpfull and everything was always in a good working order, the large lifts and gates the trolleys and light system when we went there. From the first contact with John I had every confidence in storing my belongings at this facility. He assisted me with selecting an appropriately sized shed and organised the process efficiently and without any stress. The shed was clean and access was easy. I have had my house in storage for the oases 2 years. Moved out of the storage last weekend and everything was the same as it was… no mould. Fantastic customer service and clean facilities. We relocated from Western Australia to the gold coast and John made sure he had a unit for arrival that wasn't too big or too small. Even going out of his way to locate one near the door so we could unload after our 8 day drive interstate.Pricing was perfect and access via keypad access allowed us to come and go as we needed items. There was no hidden fee's and John even explained if we needed to leave early or part way through a month this was no issue as long as we gave him 7 days notice.Location was ideal being super close to the M1 highway and even with the heavy rains there was no issue with water. I didn't need to get a 2nd or 3rd quote and glad I phoned these guys first.

Moving in and out of this clean and well kept facility was a breeze and an added bonus is that it's never too busy and access is easy as it is located just off the M1. great storage space and very clean which was great. only problem was that the lift to get boxes from one floor to the other was to slow. it would've been better if it was so fast that when I send the lift upstairs, the trolleys fly upward and crash through the roof. other than that, a great storage place and space. 5 stars

After selling my unit in Surfers, I needed somewhere to store my personal items urgently. With living in Sydney NSW I was unable to collect them due to border closures. Doing a google search I can across Loxon storage, I rang them and I spoke to a lovely lady called Janet. She helped me with choosing which unit I would need and quoted a price which I was surprised as I thought storage places were expensive, Loxon was not. My real estate agent packed my things for me and delivered them to the storage unit. Fantastic customer service and clean facilities. We relocated from Western Australia to the gold coast and John made sure he had a unit for arrival that wasn't too big or too small. Even going out of his way to locate one near the door so we could unload after our 8 day drive interstate.Pricing was perfect and access via keypad access allowed us to come and go as we needed items. There was no hidden fee's and John even explained if we needed to leave early or part way through a month this was no issue as long as we gave him 7 days notice.Location was ideal being super close to the M1 highway and even with the heavy rains there was no issue with water. I didn't need to get a 2nd or 3rd quote and glad I phoned these guys first.

great storage space and very clean which was great. only problem was that the lift to get boxes from one floor to the other was to slow. it would've been better if it was so fast that when I send the lift upstairs, the trolleys fly upward and crash through the roof. other than that, a great storage place and space. 5 stars

After selling my unit in Surfers, I needed somewhere to store my personal items urgently. With living in Sydney NSW I was unable to collect them due to border closures. Doing a google search I can across Loxon storage, I rang them and I spoke to a lovely lady called Janet. She helped me with choosing which unit I would need and quoted a price which I was surprised as I thought storage places were expensive, Loxon was not. My real estate agent packed my things for me and delivered them to the storage unit. What can’t I store at Carrara?
For safety reasons, hazardous materials like gas bottles, petrol or any containers containing poisonous or hazardous materials cannot be stored at our facilities. We also will not permit the storage of food or living things (animals, plants etc) or tyres by themselves.
What is the minimum storage period at Carrara?
Loxon Storage Carrara Gold Coast has no minimum storage period. Our team understands everyone has different needs and reasons for using a storage unit, so we choose not to enforce a minimum storage period. No matter why you need a storage unit, rest assured Loxon Carrara can provide the storage solution you need.
Do I need to pay deposits?
At Loxon Carrara on the Gold Coast you are not required to pay a deposit on our storage units. We only charge rent for your time using our facility, but we do have competitive pricing deals with customers who pay for their units in advance of 3, 6 or 12 months. We also refund rent after the first month for unused days when you decide to leave.
How can I get my things into the storage unit at Carrara?
At Loxon Carrara we try to make your move in process as easy as possible. We provide a free move in trailer (although we suggest confirming its availability with the team prior to your move in), onsite managers so you receive personalised care and driveway units so you can easily back your vehicle up to the unit to unload your items.
How much notice do I have to give when moving out of Carrara?
At least 7 days’ notice is required by Loxon Carrara before you move out. It is best to let staff know as early as possible that you intend to move out, especially if it is sooner than originally planned. If for unforeseen reasons you have to move our urgently it is best to contact your Loxon Carrara site manager to organise this.
Do you sell storage boxes at Carrara?
