After some searching, I found a place to store some property of mine . Loxon at Narangba was a storage facility not far from home . Staff friendly and helpful and rates very competitive with other storage centers , a good location and good security helped take the worry out of safely storing valuable property.

Very friendly and knowledgable. We secured a unit online and when we went to view it in person they asked us a few questions which they very quickly discovered the unit we hired would not be suitable for us. They found us another unit immediately so that we wouldn’t be without storage. Very secure site with access pins and security cameras on 24/7. We were very happy with the service here and will definitely recommend FortKnox Narangba to anyone needing storage. ☺️

I had my bike stored here. I found Ryan to be very helpful and courteous from the first time I went to.the complex until I left there last week. The site manger was very helpful. The use of the free trailers was awesome and much needed without any extra cost was great cheers. At the end I received a refund for the remainder days I didn’t use for storing my complete 3 bedroom house. Thanks I will use this service again if I need to in the future.

We can't say enough about how happy we are with Loxon storage Narangba. Ryan was so helpful, polite and reassuring at what was a very stressful time for us with packing up and selling..He defineately helped to ease our anxiety..the storage sheds are very clean and easy to access.the free trailer is an added bonus too. Our belongings are there for at least six months and we feel relaxed about them being stored there. I use Loxon Storage for around 4-5 months. The customer service was excellent ! Easy transactions when it came to paying my fees. When it come to removing all my stuff from storage they were very helpful, helped my unlock my padlock as I had lost the key. The removals at company I chose left furniture there and did not tell me. This put me four days behind in my payments. They were more then understanding it wasn't my fault and waved the overdue fees once I removed the rest.Highly recommended !!!! 🙂🙂🙂🙂

Staff were professional and very helpful. I was running late to check in, and everything was ready for me - so handover was very quick but thorough. Greatly appreciated. Keypad access was handy, the facilities were clean, and staff were accommodating for larger vehicles. My only minor issue was limited lighting within the storage area. Would definitely use again.

Richard is the best storage manager you could ask for. The place is well kept and he is readily available in business hours. I even needed to down size at one stage and he was very helpful and patient with me. I had under estimated the area I needed and he came over had a look and reallocated for me straight away as though there were no inconvenience at all.I have used storage previously, that experience was nothing compared to this. I can’t thank Richard enough for making this time such a pleasant experience. I was having such a hard time being without my stuff, as he could probably tell by the multitude of times I popped over, picking up & dropping back off.

I have had a storage unit at Loxon Narangba for quite a few years and then got a second one a couple of years ago and now have had to hire a third. The service from Richard is second to none, nothing is ever a problem and the storage units are always well maintained and clean.Highly recommend to anyone wishing to securely store their belongings.

Richard is the best storage manager you could ask for. The place is well kept and he is readily available in business hours. I even needed to down size at one stage and he was very helpful and patient with me. I had under estimated the area I needed and he came over had a look and reallocated for me straight away as though there were no inconvenience at all.I have used storage previously, that experience was nothing compared to this. I can’t thank Richard enough for making this time such a pleasant experience. I was having such a hard time being without my stuff, as he could probably tell by the multitude of times I popped over, picking up & dropping back off.

After some searching, I found a place to store some property of mine . Loxon at Narangba was a storage facility not far from home . Staff friendly and helpful and rates very competitive with other storage centers , a good location and good security helped take the worry out of safely storing valuable property.

Great team at FK Narangba, who are always friendly and helpful. Facilities are good and clean, size options for units are good. We had 2 units and have now vacated, but always found the storage facility to be great. Will definitely recommend FK Narangba to anyone.

Very friendly and knowledgable. We secured a unit online and when we went to view it in person they asked us a few questions which they very quickly discovered the unit we hired would not be suitable for us. They found us another unit immediately so that we wouldn’t be without storage. Very secure site with access pins and security cameras on 24/7. We were very happy with the service here and will definitely recommend FortKnox Narangba to anyone needing storage. ☺️

I had my bike stored here. I found Ryan to be very helpful and courteous from the first time I went to.the complex until I left there last week. The complex is always spotlessly clean and I had peace of mind knowing that CCTV was in place.I’ll definitely go back here with my storage needs in the future.

The site manger was very helpful. The use of the free trailers was awesome and much needed without any extra cost was great cheers. At the end I received a refund for the remainder days I didn’t use for storing my complete 3 bedroom house. Thanks I will use this service again if I need to in the future.

We can't say enough about how happy we are with Loxon storage Narangba. Ryan was so helpful, polite and reassuring at what was a very stressful time for us with packing up and selling..He defineately helped to ease our anxiety..the storage sheds are very clean and easy to access.the free trailer is an added bonus too. Our belongings are there for at least six months and we feel relaxed about them being stored there. I use Loxon Storage for around 4-5 months. The customer service was excellent ! Easy transactions when it came to paying my fees. When it come to removing all my stuff from storage they were very helpful, helped my unlock my padlock as I had lost the key. The removals at company I chose left furniture there and did not tell me. This put me four days behind in my payments. They were more then understanding it wasn't my fault and waved the overdue fees once I removed the rest.Highly recommended !!!! 🙂🙂🙂🙂

Staff were professional and very helpful. I was running late to check in, and everything was ready for me - so handover was very quick but thorough. Greatly appreciated. Keypad access was handy, the facilities were clean, and staff were accommodating for larger vehicles. My only minor issue was limited lighting within the storage area. Would definitely use again.

Dealing with Loxon was an absolute pleasure. Richard who I had first dealt with was fantastic and helped myself and my family out in a time of relocation, craziness and stress. He was easy to deal with and easy to talk to.Finishing up and moving all our items out was a breeze as well, Ryan the new manager there was great to deal with.
