Good, clean facility with easy access. Lifts to both upper and lower levels. The brisbane street entrance (which essentialy is ground level) means you can unload straight from your vehicle. The rear access docks are good too, with quiet street access, but are designed more for moving trucks (loading dock style). Having said that, if you are happy to unload manually onto the dock there are plenty of trollies available. But most importantly, Shanna and the team at Loxon west Ipswich have been such a pleasure to deal with. The most helpful service I've encountered for a while. We'll done.

I would not recommend Loxton Storage Unit.Please be aware that there is very limited access for trucks. My husband had to wait for over an hour while a big truck was in the entry way to the storage units. Due to the long wait, feeling exhausted from the move he forgot he needed to put his own pin in the entry. When the other truck left my husband started reversing in and the door came down on the roof of the truck. No alarm sounded to warn or remind, no lights flashed.We had to pay for the call out fee so the doors could be fixed so they could be locked. Then we had to pay to get the roller doors replaced. Huge expense!!!My advice would be find more accessible storage units where you can get your truck in to offload and pick up immediately. If you go ahead and choose Loxon in West Ipswich then take out lots of insurance.

Shana is amazing nothing ever a problem. Had our caravan stored there and would always get a call if we hadn't notified them of its absence. Only downfall is ipswich council need to do something about the angle of the driveway. Fast forward to today we had booked a storage unit........turned put we had more items than we thought. Spoke to Shana again who was only to happy to help us explore larger options.

Brilliant service from admin, so responsive to email questions and phone calls. Clean, modern, well maintained facilities with great trolleys and a huge lift and crane for heavy items. Great idea to have public toilets inside because when filling or emptying a unit, you can be there for a while. Great central location, easy to get to.

Good, clean facility with easy access. Lifts to both upper and lower levels. The brisbane street entrance (which essentialy is ground level) means you can unload straight from your vehicle. The rear access docks are good too, with quiet street access, but are designed more for moving trucks (loading dock style). Having said that, if you are happy to unload manually onto the dock there are plenty of trollies available. But most importantly, Shanna and the team at Loxon west Ipswich have been such a pleasure to deal with. The most helpful service I've encountered for a while. We'll done.

I would not recommend Loxton Storage Unit.Please be aware that there is very limited access for trucks. My husband had to wait for over an hour while a big truck was in the entry way to the storage units. Due to the long wait, feeling exhausted from the move he forgot he needed to put his own pin in the entry. When the other truck left my husband started reversing in and the door came down on the roof of the truck. No alarm sounded to warn or remind, no lights flashed.We had to pay for the call out fee so the doors could be fixed so they could be locked. Then we had to pay to get the roller doors replaced. Huge expense!!!My advice would be find more accessible storage units where you can get your truck in to offload and pick up immediately. If you go ahead and choose Loxon in West Ipswich then take out lots of insurance.

Shana is amazing nothing ever a problem. Had our caravan stored there and would always get a call if we hadn't notified them of its absence. Only downfall is ipswich council need to do something about the angle of the driveway. Fast forward to today we had booked a storage unit........turned put we had more items than we thought. Great idea to have public toilets inside because when filling or emptying a unit, you can be there for a while. Great central location, easy to get to.
